Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk discussed the matter of unblocking communications in the South Caucasus.

During the conversation, the activities of the trilateral working group set up for the purpose of unblocking transport and economic ties were discussed, informed the Azerbaijani president's press service.

In addition, the parties exchanged views on the North-South international transport corridor and some other matters of mutual interest.
