Russia is ready for negotiations with Ukraine, but the leaders of the Kiev regime have decided not to continue them, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday at a plenary session of the Valdai international discussion club, TASS reported.
"The question is not about us, we have said many times that we are ready to negotiate. I recently, speaking in the Kremlin, publicly mentioned this. But the leaders of the Kiev regime decided not to continue negotiations with Russia," Putin said.
