At a meeting of the Lazarevsky Club, held online on Friday, a minute of silence was held in memory of the fallen Russian and Armenian soldiers.

Artashes Geghamyan, chairman of National Unity party, came up with this initiative.

According to the politician, Russian soldiers are heroically fighting against the West's expansion in Ukraine, while Armenian soldiers are courageously and selflessly ensuring the security of Russia's soft underbelly by recently repelling another Azerbaijani aggression. This, the politician noted, cost Armenia more than 200 casualties.

"And this blood is on the conscience of Armenia's current Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan," Geghamyan stressed.
