A profound transformation of the world order is taking place, which is reflected, among other things, in the South Caucasus region where many paradigms that we have become accustomed to in recent decades are being broken. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin stated this at the Primakov Readings international forum that got underway Tuesday in Yerevan.

According to him, the aforesaid event is taking place in a special situation when the world is facing unprecedented challenges.

Kopirkin noted that the topic of today's readings reflects the most acute and urgent issues that require making sense of.

"Our countries do not need such instructions," added the ambassador.
