Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia sent a congratulatory message to Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on being elected the new President of Brazil.

"Armenia attaches great importance to the further development and deepening of relations with friendly Brazil in all domains of mutual interest. I am sure that the relations between our countries based on mutual sympathy will continue to deepen and strengthen with joint efforts at the bilateral and multilateral levels, for the benefit of our states and peoples," reads, in particular, the message of the prime minister of Armenia.
