Outgoing Artsakh Minister Artak Beglaryan will take position in a state government system.

"I was against the proposal to change the charter of the Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund and remove the name Republic of Artsakh," he noted.

Artak Beglaryan doesn't see any connection between this and his resignation. According to him, it is related to the decision to appoint Ruben Vardanyan, whose range of duties will be wider.

"I see myself in Artsakh's state administration system," he said.

Beglaryan expressed his readiness to assume any responsibility within his capabilities. "There were offers to take up a position in the state administration, and official information about it will be available in the next few days," he added.
