The final number of those killed as a result of the Azerbaijani armed forces' aggression on September 13-14 will be made public after the identification is completed, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan said when asked by Radio Azatutyun.
"The data are first published in the Military Insurance Fund, and when they are fully identified, they will be published there," the minister said.
According to the latest figures, the Servicemen's Insurance Fund has paid compensation to the families of 93 servicemen who died in the Sept. 13-14 fighting. The list is updated from time to time.
The Defense Ministry has not published a confirmed death toll since the September events, saying only that the total number of dead and missing is 210, data has not been updated since the Prime Minister's October 14 statement. Yerevan claims Baku is obstructing the search efforts. Azerbaijan officially reported 80 dead.
