Azerbaijan's aggressive behavior is largely related to the Ukrainian crisis and the difficult situation in the world, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Foreign Minister David Babayan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

"In general, it is a difficult situation all over the world, but I believe that such a situation will not last forever. And we hope that Azerbaijan, nonetheless, will have to take into account new realities already in the near future, as Baku's aggressive behavior is mostly related to the Ukrainian crisis; and both Azerbaijan and Turkey benefit from it," said Babayan.

Also, he called for facing reality in a clear-headed way.

"If we look with ‘rose-colored glasses’ and hope that something will change in Azerbaijan's policy, it will not happen," the Artsakh FM said.
