Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in fact confirmed the fact of Azerbaijani aggression against the sovereign territory of Armenia.

Speaking in the occupied Armenian Shushi, the Azerbaijani president said: "The September events on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border on 13-14 September must be a lesson for Armenia."

"We teach them this lesson, and we hope that they will finally realize it and deal with their internal affairs, stop prying at our lands, at Karabakh.
