Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen of Cambodia on the latter’s Independence Day anniversary. The message states as follows in particular:

"The warm relations established between Armenia and Cambodia throughout decades and cooperation in the fields of mutual interest are on solid foundations and have great prospects for development. I sincerely hope that with joint efforts we will contribute to the further development of relations between our countries, adding new initiatives and programs for the benefit of our two peoples.”
