STEPANAKERT. – Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan on Wednesday visited the Military Pantheon of the capital Stepanakert, and paid tribute to the memory of the martyrs of the third Artsakh war.
The Head of the State was accompanied by Head of the President’s Office Karen Shahramanyan, Minister of Defense Kamo Vardanyan, and Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan, the Artsakh President's Office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
