Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the meeting of G20 (G20) leaders in Bali next week, an Indonesian government official told Reuters on Thursday.
Putin will be represented by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, while the Russian president himself may virtually join one of the summit meetings, said Jodi Mahardi, spokeswoman for the coordinating minister for maritime affairs and investment.
