The Russian side was presented with the consequences of Azerbaijani military aggression against the sovereign territory of Armenia and security problems, Vagharshak Hakobyan, an MP from the ruling Civil Contract Party in Armenia, stated at Thursday's briefing following a meeting with a delegation headed by Kazbek Taysaev, first deputy chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots.

He noted that information about the war crimes of Azerbaijan was presented. The deputy added that the importance of preserving the territorial integrity of Armenia and the immediate withdrawal of Azerbaijani armed forces from the sovereign territory of Armenia was also stressed.
