Armenia will do everything possible for the peace treaty to be signed with Azerbaijan before the end of the year, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told Public Television of Armenia.

"There are several options for a peace treaty: for example, to sign a framework agreement, which will cyclically reflect the general attitude, if this option is acceptable to the Azerbaijani side, we will go this way. I want to note that before a peace treaty comes into force, the border must be demarcated and delimited. Because without demarcation and delimitation, we can sign a peace treaty and Azerbaijan will continue voicing territorial claims," Pashinyan said.

Pashinyan also noted that Armenia presented its versions of the peace treaty at the meeting in Washington: "We hope that Azerbaijan will consider them in a constructive way.
