Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan says they are trying to diversify Armenia's possibilities of acquiring weapons and equipment and move forward in this direction, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told Armenia's first Public TV Channel on Friday. when asked to comment on the publications in the press about arms supplies from India.

According to him, if it's necessary and expedient to publicize the information on weapon deliveries, it will be done.

Asked whether the issue of weapon transfers from the partner country, the fact that Armenia had made payments of $100mln and that no weapon had been delivered, Pashinyan replied: "No, unfortunately it hasn't been resolved yet. Our discussions are continuing."

Pashinyan reacted with a smile to the comment about Jordan being the focus of the press. "The press usually has much more reliable information, as usual," he said.

On September 29 during the session of the Government the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated: "We have cases, when $100 million have been paid but the supply obligations towards Armenia are not fulfilled, including those of the allied states. This is, of course, a sad reality.
