The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed the violation of the ceasefire in Artsakh by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

"A ceasefire violation was recorded in the Askeran district. At 3.30 p.m. on November 12 small arms fire was opened from an Azerbaijani post on a local resident who was carrying out excavation works with agricultural equipment in the area 1.8 km east of Khramort. As a result, the local resident was slightly wounded and his equipment was slightly damaged. The Russian peacekeeping forces and the Azerbaijani side are carrying out investigations into the incident."
