Polish media report that two rockets fell in the country, killing two people.

According to Polish Radio ZET, the rockets fell near the village of Przewodów in Lubelskie Voivodeship on the border with Ukraine, hitting a grain dryer.

The fire department confirmed that there were explosions in Przewodow.

"The causes of the incident are unknown at this time," said spokesman for the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Przewodów, Sr. Capt. Marcin Lebedowicz. "We received a report of an explosion in the drying yard. We confirm that something similar happened. Two people were killed on the spot," he added.

Police, prosecutors and the army are working at the site. According to unofficial information, military aircraft were also in the air.

ZET radio correspondent Michal Dzeninski discovered that the explosions occurred when a tractor drove into the scales.

In response to the crisis situation, the prime minister, in agreement with the president, convened a meeting of the Security Council.
