Global oil prices are falling Wednesday morning as investors take a negative view of China's ongoing "zero covid" policy, according to trading data and analyst commentary.
The price of January Brent crude oil futures is down 0.59% to $93.31 a barrel, while December WTI futures are down 0.75% to $86.27.
The oil market on Wednesday morning showed negative dynamics, as anti-covids measures in one of the largest economies in the world - China - continue to have a negative impact on the economic state of the country, and thus on the demand for oil and petroleum products.
