In Washington, Armenia handed over its proposals for a peace treaty to Azerbaijan, our text, and we are waiting for Baku's response, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the government hour in the parliament on Wednesday.

According to him, Armenia sees certain tendencies of tension. "These tensions are related to specific events and situations. You know that Armenia's position is clear - Azerbaijani troops must withdraw from the occupied territories of Armenia, from the positions that existed before May 11, 2021. In fact, the international community supports our position, and we hope that the CSTO will also defend our position. Of course, the situation is strange, it should have been the other way around, the CSTO should have clearly defended our position, and we should have worked with other partners to build a position, but now we have the exact opposite. I hope we will fix that consensus on November 23 during the CSTO summit in Yerevan," concluded the Armenian Prime Minister.
