Secretary of State Antony Blinken discussed with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev next steps in bilateral Armenian-Azerbaijani peace talks.
The Secretary of State stressed U.S. support for the peace process and urged both sides to schedule further talks as agreed upon in Washington. He urged President Aliyev to respect the ceasefire and limit provocations while exploring confidence-building measures with Armenia to prepare the ground for peace, the State Department said in a statement.
