Azerbaijani armed forces fired at the residents of Sarushen village of Artsakh who were engaged in agricultural activities.

A 36-year-old resident of Sarushen village of Askeran region applied to the police and informed that at about 11:40 a.m. Wednesday the villagers and machinery involved in agricultural work were shelled from the Azerbaijani positions.

Agricultural work was stopped because of the shelling. There were no casualties among civilians.

The police informed and handed over the collected materials to the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
