Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has arrived in Baku, Azerbaijani media reported.
He will hold bilateral meetings with the Azerbaijani leadership, as well as take part in the Azerbaijani-Russian inter-regional forum with the participation of heads of several Russian regions.
