A criminal case is filed over the gunshot wounds inflicted by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces to a conscript of the Armenian Armed Forces, the Investigative Committee reported.

According to preliminary information, around 11 a.m. on November 17, a soldier of Azerbaijani Armed Forces fired at an Armenian MOD fighting position for reasons of race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, hatred, intolerance, and with the intent to kill, and as a result, an enlisted soldier of Armenian Armed Forces received a gunshot wound.

A preliminary investigation is under way.
