The soldier, who negligently killed a fellow soldier Vardan Hovsepyan, was charged under Article 540, Part 6 of the Criminal Code of Armenia and detained, the Investigative Committee told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The incident occurred on November 15 around 03։20. Hovsepyan received a fatal gunshot wound as a result of being shot by a fellow officer.
