Russian peacekeepers deployed in Artsakh have recorded one violation of the ceasefire regime, said the Russian Defense Ministry on the activities of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone on November 19, 2022.

"Near the Avdur village of the Martuni region, a tractor carrying out agricultural work was fired at from an observation post of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces with small arms.

"No casualties were reported as a result of the incident.

"The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in cooperation with representatives of the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides is investigating the incident," the report says.
