Artsakh Ministry of Defense denied another Azerbaijani misinformation.
"The report circulated by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry that the units of the Defense Army of Artsakh allegedly shelled Azerbaijani positions deployed in the occupied territories of the Martuni region from 10 to 14:25 on November 21 is another misinformation," says a statement of the Defense Ministry of Artsakh.
