150 new buses will be in Armenia by the end of the week, and 15 new trolleybuses will arrive in December, Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan said at a Tuesday meeting of the Yerevan Council of Elders.

He added that some of the other buses, "MAN" buses, may arrive before the summer.

The mayor considered taking interim measures to solve various problems in public transportation inappropriate, calling for patience until the arrival of the new buses, as well as spare parts for the old (red) buses.

"Two of the three containers of parts are already in Armenia. Another one will be in December," Sargsyan noted.
