Iran's special services are conducting active intelligence and disruptive activities against Azerbaijan. First Deputy Head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Shadlinski, said this at a conference being held in Baku.
Shadlinski noted the decisive measures that are being taken in that regard, the Azerbaijani mass media reported, but did not provide details about them.
