Agil Gurbanov has been appointed the new Deputy Defense Minister of Azerbaijan. President Ilham Aliyev signed a corresponding order, Azerbaijani media reported.

We know about Gurbanov that he was born in 1986. Prior to his appointment to the high state position, he worked for a long time in the private sector, in particular, in PASHA Holding and PASHA Investments Ltd. owned by First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and then headed the Supervisory Board of the Sumgait Technological Park.
