President Arayik Harutyunyan on Thursday signed a decree on discharging Zhirayr Mirzoyan from the position of interim Minister of Justice of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The duties of the Minister of Justice have been temporarily assigned to first deputy justice minister Kamo Kocharyan.
