There is a video circulating about a European Union Monitoring Capacity (EUMCAP) patrol observing the road leading to the Lachin Corridor. Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, informed this on Twitter.
“The patrol was then at a checkpoint about 1,2km from the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. EUMCAP, in line with its mandate, operates exclusively on Armenia’s territory and did not enter the Corridor,” Klaar added.
