Armenia's first president, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, was taken to the hospital. He is now at the Best Life Armenian-Japanese Medical Center, press secretary of the first president Arman Musinyan wrote on Facebook.
"In response to media inquiries, I report that President Levon Ter-Petrosyan is undergoing a scheduled medical examination at the Best Life Cardiology Clinic," Musinyan wrote.
