Taking into account the information spread today that in May-August 2022 Azerbaijan filed a new European Court claim against Armenia on the allegedly destroyed property, the Office of the Commissioner for International Legal Affairs of Armenia said that Azerbaijan filed these claims in August this year.
The claim was about the application of an interim measure, and the ECtHR did not satisfy it.
