The Uruguayan Senate unanimously voted in favor of a resolution calling on Azerbaijan to comply with its international obligations and ensure free movement along the corridor connecting Artsakh-Armenia, putting an end to the harassment of the population, the Armenian National Council of South America office tweeted.
The Senate of Uruguay expressed solidarity with the people of Artsakh, whose human rights must be respected by all participants of the conflict settlement, the statement noted.
