Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has arrived in Washington, D.C. on his first overseas trip since the war began. Zelenskiy landed on a U.S. military plane at Andrews Air Force Base.
He will meet with President Joe Biden at the White House and then address Congress, which is finalizing a new $45 billion package for Ukraine ahead of the new year.
