Today 1 out of 11 children, a 4-month-old baby who was in the intensive care department of Arevik Medical Association in Artsakh was brought to Armenia, Arevik Medical Association director Karen Melkumyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
He said that the Red Cross mediated in the matter.
"The child needs urgent medical care. He is accompanied by his parents and necessary medical personnel," Melkumyan said.
The child's condition is serious.
