In December, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) paid another visit to the Armenian detainees being held in the Azerbaijani capital Baku. This information was reported to Sputnik Armenia by Zara Amatuni, Communication and Prevention Program Manager of the ICRC Armenia office
These detainees were given the opportunity to make phone calls.
