A Stepanakert-Yerevan videoconference, which is devoted to the one month of the ongoing Azerbaijani blockade of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), is being broadcast live.
The participants are Artsakh Minister of State Ruben Vardanyan, Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan, members of the government, and MPs.
The videoconference can be watched in English on Facebook and YouTube.
