Ara Mkrtchyan was appointed Deputy Minister of Justice by Armenian Justice Minister Grigor Minasyan on the proposal of Armenian Minister of Justice and by the decision of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The press service of the Justice Ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
