A new process for the purchase of certain types of food products will be introduced in Artsakh from January 20, the Public Television of Artsakh reported.

Rice, pasta, buckwheat, sugar and sunflower oil will be sold only with coupons.

Coupons will start issuing from January 17th. In the capital, service points will operate in all secondary schools and Artsakh State University. There will be 19 points in total.

Residents of some districts will be able to receive coupons in the buildings of their district administrations, and villagers - in community administrations.
