Gagik Barseghyan has been elected a member of the Audit Chamber of Armenia.
His candidacy was nominated by the ruling majority Civil Contract Faction of the National Assembly (NA).
A total of 72 out of the 107 MPs participated in the respective NA voting, and the latter’s results were as follows: 67 for, 5 against.
Barseghyan has been a coordinating expert at the NA Budget Office since 2016.
