The commander of the 2nd Army Corps of Armenia, Vahram Grigoryan, has been relieved of his post. This is stated in the decree of President Vahagn Khachaturyan.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 133, Section 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 40, Section 3 of the Law ‘On Military Service and the Status of Servicemen,’ to release Vahram Grigoryan from the position of Commander of the 2nd Army Corps. the decree says.
