YEREVAN. – Oppositional Heritage party MP Anahit Bakhshyan wrote a letter to the PM on the state obligation to compensate dismantled pilots served in the civil aviation of Armenian Airlines LLC and families of died crew of IAK-40, crashed in Iran in 2001.

Heritage party press service informs that the issue rose by pilots and family members of died crew is that the government in 2004 removed the point, according to which the harm is compensated by its successor. If it is absent, then the obligation falls on social insurance on the account of state budget, reads the letter.
