Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the death toll from earthquakes in Turkey has risen to 18,991, he said Friday during a speech in Adıyaman province broadcast by local television channels.
"I regret to report that our death toll is 18,991. 75,523 people were affected," he said.
