The Turkish press has written new details about the sending of humanitarian aid from Armenia to the earthquake zone of Turkey via the Margara bridge.

According to T24, after crossing the Margara bridge from Armenia to Turkey, the Armenian trucks were met by the head of the Igdir emergency department, Burhan Collu. And after the respective procedure, the Armenian trucks headed for the disaster zone.

T24 added that after the 1988 earthquake in Armenia, the aid collected by the Red Crescent in Turkey was also sent to Armenia through the Margara bridge.

Earlier, Armenian foreign ministry press secretary Vahan Hunanyan had tweeted that the trucks loaded with humanitarian aid had crossed the Armenia-Turkey border through the Margara bridge and headed to the quake-affected region.
