The Armenian serviceman who was shot Tuesday by Azerbaijan is in satisfactory condition, and his injury is not life-threatening. Press secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Aram Torosyan, told Armenian News-NEWS.am about this on Wednesday morning.
As reported earlier, at 6:05pm on Tuesday, soldier D. P. of an Armenian military unit sustained a gunshot wound in the direction of Norabak village; and according to preliminary information, from the shot fired by Azerbaijan.
An investigation is being conducted to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
