A criminal case has been initiated regarding the wounding of an Armenian soldier by the Azerbaijani army, the press secretary of the Investigative Committee Gor Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook.

As it was informed before, on February 14 at about 6.05 p.m. the Azerbaijani soldiers shot at the Armenian positions in the direction of Norabak village of Gegharkunik province, wounding the conscript D.P. in his left shoulder.

Criminal proceedings were instituted under clauses 1 and 15 of part 2 of article 44-155 of the Criminal Code.
