Ruben Rubinyan, Armenian Special Representative for the Armenian-Turkish normalization process, summed up the meeting of Armenian and Turkish Foreign Ministers in Ankara.
According to Armenpress, Ruben Rubinyan stressed that during the meeting an agreement was reached to restore the Ani Bridge. "Today Ararat Mirzoyan and I visited Ankara and met with the Turkish Foreign Minister. It was recorded that joint efforts will be made to restore the Ani Bridge, part of which is in Armenia and the other part is in Turkey," Rubinyan said.
Commenting on the Margara bridge, Rubinyan said that it's been proved by experience that the bridge is in a good condition, noting that an agreement was reached in Ankara to speed up the process.
When asked if meetings were planned, Rubinyan replied, "No, not right now."
And when asked if there would be reciprocal visits related to the upcoming Armenian and Turkish football matches, Rubinyan said there are no such agreements at the moment.
