The German Foreign Ministry has issued a warning about visiting Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk and Rostov regions, as well as Krasnodar region - Russian regions bordering on Ukraine.

The Foreign Ministry called on citizens to be especially vigilant, as well as to avoid large crowds of people, pointing out that from February 20 to 26, the Russian government is planning a series of events. In general, Berlin recommends not to travel to Russia, according to the site of the German Foreign Ministry, DW reported.
