"The basis of the reconciliation of Baku and Yerevan is a set of trilateral agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. I mean measures to unblock transport and economic ties and to delimit the border. Strengthening trust through contacts between public activists and experts, and the preparation of a peace treaty.
